The hotel has a very large and clean room, with nice bath and shower, but the heating took 2 days to get sorted. The service was fantastic, with cheerful and helpful staff. The location is perfect for visiting family members nearby and offers a lovely surrounding area for walks. The dining experience was varied from lovely and tasty to not that good with some items not ready early. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.

The Colney Suite was a great choice for our special occasion stay. The rooms felt like our own little apartment, and the staff were lovely, polite, and helpful. However, some private spaces were lacking, and more regular cleaning could be implemented.
